the slow with a horrible non scaleing sheild that is the last of his skills to be leveled because of how weak both are and a short knock up. all while being melee meaning you either have to get in range first or waste all your spells to get in range after which the enemy can just use their spells to get away. noticeing that ranged characters with slows have better slows that also do damage at the same time

nah unkillable ranged much more fair than unkillable tank one actually has to build it and run away after they get less than 40% hp so they dont die the other just levels up and as they do they become harder to kill not to mention having the initial safety of being ranged and riot believes that ranged champions should also be faster than melee champions and in addition to that they have more movement speed to either item 3086 or item 3113 and kits built around more mobility

carries got to carry some how this year seems be by overloading them with abunch of % damage and or true damage or high base damages with high scaleing too
