Honestly, can worlds just be a separate patch from regular play

There is no reason for soloq to suffer with world's patch just because riot wants to dictate what champions are played Honestly, just release the patch out in the public so everybody can see anyways, but only apply it in worlds. Its so disheartning riot keeps nerfing champions like sejuani and ryze, even with them being already at the worst performance, just because pro play does them good. Also, why buff lucian darius and pyke for soloq, that just doesnt make any sence.
