i mean, at least we get skins. for once riot made something not money hungry cough emotes cough and still better than last arurf, as it doesnt include some of the most op champions, and doesnt include some of the most up champions, so its a bit more balanced.
I still dont think its good, but its better than last arurf :c

And it did genuinely pull out a conclusion that Riot can make champions available even if unowned. Take this and the Mark/Dash spell back to another version and in the end this was actually a good experimentation.
Also this sorta buys time on how to nerf or gut Zoe some more before she actually gets URF testing.

My only issue is that not only is the champion pool limited it's also limited to champions you own.
So for people like me who only own ~40% of the roster that's further cut down by the "winter skins only" thing by like another 60%, I'm stuck playing the same few champions.

That and people are coming to the realization that URF was fun the first time but it get's old. Even with the old URF back people will just post about i know realized urf isn't that fun.

Speaking about Shaco, what do you recommend for URF? Going AD/lethality or full AP?
Full AP always used to be the go-to for Shaco on URF, due to his boxes, and his E. However, there were two significant nerfs to Shaco. The one was a URF exclusive nerf that limited his boxes to only 6. The other is not exactly a nerf overall, but was a nerf to AP Shaco: his E does physical damage now. This means it doesn't work with magic pen.
I played Shaco yesterday, and even though I built full AP (with 
and
as magic penetration items) when I was looking at my damage chart, I did almost as much physical damage as I did magic damage, with the physical damage amount being a tiny bit higher.
This made me think if going AP is now viable on URF, or if it was better to go AD/lethality and spam his E.
nGio3 votesDusk is still the most op item in the game, and Ghost Blade's cd is so short that it's almost mandatory. After those 2 items, you could pretty much go anything you want.

If people are happy with the game, they're probably playing it.
That's why Riot can seem super out of touch - "Everyone" (read: everyone making posts on the boards about it) clearly agrees that Yasuo should be reclassified from a champion to a war crime and deleted from the game, and that anyone that has ever played him should be tried in international courts, and yet somehow he's still in the game, he's not even banned all that much, and a lot of people seem to actually win games against him from time to time.
