Why wasn't wukong on radar to be nerfed?

58.8% on 15-50 games and 59% on 125+ shows this champ is problematic. Also, his gameplay is all point and click. You nerfed 3 immobile mages because they were "on radar". Why wasn't wukong "on radar" too?

One engage with EQ can get you to 60% easily. If he gets ignite, another engage and you die. And I was darius with 4 pots and cloth armor, still needed the 4 pots and a bad dive of his part , for him to die. He was 2/7 with low farm and still managed to burst off my kalista.
