Riot I just played vs hacking Mister Yi, pls read

Help , I am hatedadddddy. I play league of legends n today I played ranked game as Anasus, giant dog. U c, I was fighting Mister Yi and I was getting lots of free farm with Suctioning Strike but then Mister Yi, he hit number 6 and suddenly he just start w/ cheats (very annoying....)

First, I try to hit him but he use spell called tofu strike and suddenly he invisible, wtf? That can't be rite, u cant be invisible. But u c, this isn't where he stopped cheating. Next, I use Anasus ability called winter, it make u cold and slow but suddenly Mister Yi just start saying "can't be slowed can't be slowed can't be slowed can't be slowed can't be slowed," wtf?? I don't know where he got these hacks but u must do somethig bc he kill me under torrent and then he use his ability medication and start getting his green bar back up when he glows, this op if u ask me.

So Pls riot, find this cheater n bring him to justice bc I lose LD for this and now I'm very sad.
