Lee's nerfs were a joke, give him a real nerf

This is roughly on par with the legendary -3 AD Vayne nerf ......

-5 MS to Lee was a good start, slight CD increase to R was a good start.... now repeat this set of nerfs and you might have a real nerf on your hands as opposed to the most gentle lovetaps since -3 AD.

EDIT: Anyone that argues win-rate-in-isolation is dismissed. That argument has been not only debunked, but hard-pillage and plundered for over 6 years now. Learn your lesson, clowns; That is NOT a valid argument, if you are going to use win rates, at bare minimum you must cross reference with at least 2 other values.

Can't argue with the Diamond Pride.

I agree with you, old Gragas had like 39% WR if I remember correctly but they nerfed him anyway because he could oneshot any carry with 2 spells, same should be done for Lee, nerfed more or reworked.
