How do I Ziggs vs Viktor?

I just get shit on in lane... outtraded constantly. I don't normally die but I'm not sure how to deal with him. He might have been nerfed but it still feels like he destoys me every trade when I'm Ziggs. I actually have an easier time vs Ahri even though she's a harder counter when she gets 6 and some items. Moreover, after his first back, he starts waveclearing FASTER than Ziggs. Just lasers the wave and poof... while I have to E and Q several times to do it. I'd really appreciate some tips on this matchup.

just....don't trade with him. spam q and e for waveclear, and help side lane with ult.

You do what Ziggs has always done for centuries and force the lane into a farm lane since no one has as efficient and safe wave clear as you do. Killing minion waves from 1300 units or so away is just really good for forcing a lane to not have nearly any PvP in it. If he starts clearing waves faster than you somehow with you using Q and E, then you are SoL. Max Q first, never trade, focus on wave clear, and make sure you wave clear quicker than him at all costs and you should never have problems.

as a lvl 6 Ziggs if you pick Ziggs and he picks Viktor ... you dodge...

that way you only lose 5 lp and don't waste 20 min.
