Seriously. How is Zed allwoed to have that mobility?

He isn't even limited by mana. He actually maximizes DPS and burst by building a Botrk which allows him to sustain indefinitely since he doesn't run out of mana. Meele's receive heavy damage by his E which has close to no cooldown. He can wreck tanks and squishies alike. His ult even grants him short time invincibility, enough to dodge any other ultimate.

He just completely counters skill(shot champions)

"But QSS!". Yeah great, an item which grants ZERO useful stats against him. Meanwhile he just build Brutalizer and simply WRECKS you without ultimate. But Zhonyas? DOesn't change teh fact that he still has 4 other targets AND that Zhonyas has a longer cooldown.

I know there is a trashload of Zed fanboys here who will downvote me, but seriously - this champion just so far off the charts it's not even funny anymore. The fact allone that he can dodge 5 abilities IN A ROW in the hands of a semi-skilled player alone is enough to be broken. That's without considering his rediciolous burst AND Dps.

To be honest I am sick of people makign excuses to keep such a broken champion. But I guess he's like Lee used to be until everybody got sick of abusing this freelo cr4p. Somehow noobs have to get out of bronze, right?

He's an assassin, all assassins use mobility and damage as their defense. Your downvotes will be because your made an "X champ is OP" post filled with complaints instead of material to start a constructive conversation with.

Try changing your picks when facing Zed, that might help you learn how to deal with him.

You are acting like you always can pick after that.

Please tell me which other assin is as save as him?

Akali - no free jump out Talon - Invisibbility, but no jump out Fizz, taken - he can jump out. But Zed can jump twice as often

Most assassins have a downside. Zed has none

See, you're still on the "X champ is OP" mindset. When using this mindset people typically compare champions who fill similar roles but are otherwise not similar at all. Do you actually think the kits of the champions you mentioned are similar to Zed's? If your answer is no why exactly do you think they can be compared to Zed?

Find a champion who does well against Zed, practice the matchup, and then apply what you learned to your other champions.

Akali - There are quite a few videos in existence showing akali juking enemies with her stealth + dash. It's obviously not as easy as Zed but it can be done.

Talon - A 40% movement speed steroid while stealthed is pretty significant, and if the enemy jungler ganks badly (bad gank pathing) you can use your E to jump to him and get away safely.

Fizz - Q cooldown -> 10-6, E cooldown 16-8 Zed - W cooldown -> 18-14, R cooldown 120-80 So no, Fizz can jump significantly more often than Zed can. Zed has a larger jump range.

That being said, you shouldn't gank zed til you see his W come out.

Because if your team is doing things properly he gets locked down by hard CC and blown up quicker than he can get away.

If you're using Zhonya's against him, it's because you're the AP mid and you're who he's going to focus on. Bait him into ulting you, flash under your turret and hit the Zhonya's, he'll take a few shots while you negate his ult and come back up, then you just chase him down and finish the job the turret started for you.

That or if you see someone pick Zed, pick Fizz. Your trollpoll's cooldown is a hell of a lot shorter than his ult's.

Any-freaking-body can lkocked down by hard CC. With the difference that Zed can make himself invincible and if he gets a splittsecond of not being CC'D he is gone.

You are acting like one always can pick after ZEd.

You're right, anybody can. Which means that if your team doesn't have any hard CC at all, your team is already at a severe disadvantage.

Surprise, that's how Assassins work in this game. Either they go all in and get the kill, or they fail and make themselves open to retribution. And, here's the kicker, if he's using his mobility to get to you, he can't use it to get away.

I know! Novel idea! He he uses his clone to switch into you to get range to kill you? He can't use his clone to swap places over a wall and get away if it fails. Beating Zed is like beating any other manaless champion: bait out their abilities so they have less to work with to hurt you, all while punishing them for their abilities being on cooldown.

One cannot always pick after Zed. But one can usually advise a teammate who IS to grab some hard CC.

  • farm safely
  • wait for him to use his shadow for whatever reason
  • attempt to kill him/out trade him/ force him out of lane now cause he cant escape
  • works wonders pre-6
Kowe The Ewok2 votes

He can reach 1450 with W->Q. Not even Xerath can farm savely against him.

And the whole game is pre-6 right?

Leti the Yeti1 votes

Well, the who games not pre-6 but you can do your team a favor by not falling behind and not feeding the Zed this is just me but, if ur a xerath.. standing far far away as you should be dodging his shurikens are much easier than if you were close to him The ones that would hit you are the mimic shurikens, which deal less damage than the actual shurikens

Btw Ziggs can farm safely against Zed just fine

They really need to figure something out with QSS. It's the only counter to supression and there is few that can justify building it.

The way to beat zed is by shoving the lane against him. His wave clear is actually pretty bad unless he commits his abilities to clear the wave. A lot of players make the mistake to try and poke him.

If you waste your mana trying to poke he can freeze the lane and wait for you to last hit and poke you. Keep in mind that he's a manaless champion. In an ideal situation where both of you have the same exact HP and trade the same amount of damage, Zed will still come out on top since he doesn't spend mana.

So shove the lane as fast as you can. This will force him to spend his abilities on clearing the wave as well. Zed runs out of energy fast early game especially if he uses his Q. Someone like Vel'koz can clear a wave instantly at level 3. Do this or at least clear casters. Poke him when all of his minions are dead. Don't overextend when you shove the lane.
