In the process, Riot nerfed Ashe's passive to make it so that she can no longer Critical Strike even with Frost Shot, and made Kog'Maw completely useless.

So in the process of making ADCs better/more useful, they put two of them in the coffin.

The only really good adcs atm are MF, Lucian, Graves, Cait and maybe Vayne with that double statikk items build... thing

They changed Ashe passive so she can crit, to trigger Warlords and such, just not with ever attack
