Lucian too Strong, or other ADCs too weak?

After viewing quite a lot of 'Lucian mains' match histories, and seeing mostly wins where they go 10-2+, yet other ADCs have win rates that are ~45%, what's going wrong here?

Is this Ghostblade / Cleaver build what's making Lucian over-the-top? (He can do ~1.5k-2k damage with his ult like this)

Personally, I don't even queue for ADC anymore, because if Lucian isn't banned or picked by me, he's on the enemy team or my team just being absolutely obscene. I mean, he's strong at ALL points of the game, and his ultimate alone can make or break team fights.

lucian is definitely too strong. the others arent weak.

riot only did a half assed job on their marksmen rework. they made marksmen be able to go into solo lanes, but didnt open up the duo lane for other classes at the same time, or fixed the issue of how opressive solo lane marksmen are.

this just lead to the double and triple marksmen meta in the 2 and 3 month following the reworks, until they have been toned down individually, until they have seen less play in other lanes than bot.

were just back at a point where marksmen almost always ever go bot lane and compare to each other. causing them to push each other out of the meta.

its almost never just a marksman being picked for having a particular strength, but whos the strongest lane bully and able to take that snowball into mid and lategame.

He's not too strong, just has a simple kit with a lot of mobility... Easy to play not too strong!

Yes, he's too strong. Lucian used to fall off late game, now he's an early game threat and a hyper carry rolled into one.

What?

MF is better I think.

Her lane reliability is uncontested (unless your Support is much worse or the other enemy ADC is much better... you have the strongest laning phase). Your Qs (even if they don't hit the enemy ever) generates a huge ''Let Me Farm With Impunity'' radius which other ADCs can't as easily create... this paired up with an aggressive supp can allow you to win lane a lot easier than other options.

Mid and late game you only have a BIT less DPS than people like Jinx or Lucian but the power of the Ult (which can Nuke the whole team AOE style) more than makes up for it. Even if you never land it, the fact that you have it means the entire enemy team must constantly play around it.

You have tons of mobility with your W, you have a point and click E to slow multiple targets... and your sustained damage is still on the high side.

She's just strong at all stages of the game. My first pick for ADC in all situations. If there's too many assassins? Just pick up a GA as 4th/5th item and go full damage, relying a bit more on peel and positioning.

She's definitely a way stronger option than Cait. And I think Ezreal is WAY too unreliable (he'll never hit all of his Qs and random minions appearing could screw up his damage output); Lucian has mobility and more sustained fire but he can't Nuke a whole team

lucian is fine were he is imo nerfing him is a bad idea. People like to bring his win rate as if picking him is insta win. Lucian is a mobile damage dealer, but thats all he is. I have around 226k champion points on lucian and currenlty d5-d4. The main problem with lucian is he cant seige. In dynamic q people just pick ther comfort picks without thinking about team comps. When people start grouping and its time to siege thats when the problem starts. Ive stopped playing this overrated champion and started to play ezreal who is a better all round champion. ezreal has good poke and utility 20times better then lucian and trust me a good ezreal will never lose to a lucian
