Kindred got overnerfed.

I'll be the firs to say it, also because I really loved playing her as an ADC.

She got destroyed. She's even less capable bot lane than she used to be, in fact, she can't even be played bot lane anymore now that her Q takes 4.5 seconds instead of 2 early on. She already had a really low base AS, a really low base AD, and now her primary source of early game damage has been doubled in cooldown.
