Only match with like ranking division players (except for premades)

Bronze only match with bronze, silver with silver, gold with gold, and after that the ranks start to blend. Premades are exceptions too. It just makes for awkwardly balanced teams at the low end. Some players are too good some are boosted and are not ready for their rank. Also it is not very fair to stack a team with higher ranking players (like gold 3) with low ranking (bronze 3) on opposing teams, yet this happens quite frequently still. At least f you only played your rank, you could have some level of balance already built in.

If silver 1 was not different from gold 5, then why is their a division split? Obviously because there is some skill jump between them.
