Death Fire Touch: Jhin and Vi

Okay so jhin's best mastery is Death Fire Touch, the reason is because his R and his W apply the single target burn damage and not the AOE burn damage.

Jhin's W will travel through all minions and then stop at the first champion hit, this is the same for his R.

On Vi, her "Vault Breaker" will travel through all minions and stop at the first champion hit BUT she applies the AOE burn damage and not the single target burn damage.

Your move riot.

Note:This is not about Vi, her Q works roughly the same as Jhin's W but for some reason jhins is counted as single target while Vi's is counted as AOE it just doesn't make sense.

Jhin uses it because he gets shittons of ad.

That isn't the point, the point is that Jhin's W and R shouldn't be getting single target burn damage because Vi's Q works the same but does the AOE burn. It doesn't make any sense and is part of the reason he's so powerful.

I'll give it to you then, but really it's insignificant considering vi doesn't want DFT.

I was simply using her Q as an example, it works roughly the same as his W does but for some reason they both don't get AOE instead Jhin get's the single target, when he shouldn't, which is one reason it's so good for him. and is part of the reason he's so strong with that mastery. When he shouldn't be.

It's not because I'm pretty sure Vi Q can damage multiple champions at the end point. Jhin's W cannot

I agree though that DFT should have more relevance amongst more of the cast beyond " a bit more splash burns by the end of long games"

One champion who distorts his AD beyond normality and is especially given multiple long range single target isn't a sign the mastery's effective.

Vi cannot damage multple champions at the end point, the second she colides with an enemy champion she stops and damages that single person not anyone near them.

I don't think i said anything about it's relevance, its just that Jhin uses this mastery to be the best ADC because he gets Single target burn on ability's that obviously shouldn't have them. His damage from it would be reduced by 10% if it was counted as AOE like it should be.

Note: Not complaining it just doesn't make sense and it looks like a bit of a cheat or glitch that he shouldn't have.
