Why pick Talon, when there is Zed
because 90% ban rate. Talon becomes a good second choice especially when yasuo gets banned as well.

yeah that would be quite toxic. not the passive part but interrupt on E. though i do agree on making it disable dashes at least. i hate when I e to lucian only for him to dash and kill me. am the assassin here buddy
