Why is Ryze the only tear mage..
That doesn't have a mana refund mechanic?
But Cassieopiea has E refund Even champs that don't need tear right now, have a mana refund into their kit. And if they DON'T have a mana refund into their kit, they have some sort of insane wave clear with one ability.
free mana, moderate wave clear. MAKES SENSE
somewhat free mana AND health.. moderate wave clear. MAKES SENSE
a little bit of free mana, INSANE wave clear
no mana, INSANE wave clear
no free mana, very weak wave clear, does not make sense.
Ryze even has to run super close range to get a snare off, and his Q poke is super easy to dodge (AND tank...)
no mana refund, insane wave clear.. makes sense?
Even if Ryze runs tear, and a secondary mana item like Catalyst, he still struggles with mana lol
