Remove heal from Irelia Q.

Why is she allowed to heal 40 for every Q? She can spam one shot minions and heal for every Q. She can ult, E and Q three times for easy healing.

She has the same tankiness as a juggernaut champion, while also having mobility, while having on demand heal rather than hitting a skillshot. She also has on demand damage reduction. She has CC. She destroys all melee champions in lane because lets allow her to have 200 attack range.

Rito do this on purpose to keep her broken after facing 50 nerfs.
