Just letting you know, Riot knows.
They stated start of season 8 they want to introduce more champions in bot lane because people were sick of ADCs being the only guarenteed class.
They talked about a few patches ago that for mid-season they are looking towards adcs as the area to fix.
So yes, Riot knows everyone hates the current state.

What exactly is perceived as the current state people are talking about?
To whom exactly is this targeted towards "everyone complaining about bot lane"? I've seen people majority talking about how this game's judicial system is wack and a bunch of "X" champion is busted nerf or something along those lines.

TBH i have no idea how you havent seen an ADC post, i saw 4 on the front page at once.
People think that the game has gone competitive enough that the game 100% revolves around the ADC, and they are kind of right."
By guarenteed class i mean for quite a while people complained "ADCs 100% required in every game, they are in every game, no other classes can be in the carry spot" Which i personally find a pretty strawman of an argument, but because of that Riot says they want to introduce more kinds of champions into bot lane.
And If i had to guess what they are fixing, crit for one.

As a support and jungle player, I want to be able to support the whole team instead of just the ADC and I want to have the freedom to gank other lanes without worrying about the enemy bot lane taking the unfortified turret early and snowballing the whole game.

This is what people want. People also want all ADCs to be cannon fodder and free kills because 3 of them are too OP. Meanwhile if you play Ashe/Varus/Kog/etc any ADC who cant buffer CC, jump, dash, go invis, you are just fked.

Then why is every balance and design decision they make heading in the opposite direction?
All of these changes encourage the current state of the game. You will never see ANY class compete with Marksman with these changes.
