I CANT USE MY MASTERIES, IT KEEPS GIVING ME ERROR

Everytime i try to edit/switch to other masteries it keeps giving me ERROR msg and then when i load to the game I end up with no masteries. how do I fix this?

try doing a client repair see if that helps

I've deleted all masteries and re-created them once again, they dont give me the error msg anymore, I'll try playing now if it didnt work I'll follow your advice and repair the client. thanks mate
