Can Morellonomicon's grievous wounds be treated more like Mortal Reminder's?

I would not say exactly, but a bit better than what it is currently. Simply because item 3107 and item 3109 can heals for a crap ton and can item 3107 stacks with other item 3107. Only being able to reduce healing when the opponent is under 35% max health is a huge handicap now. It was balanced before since this amount of easy access healing was not in the game. But now it is.

Maybe remove the 35% health limiter completely, but lower the duration to 5 seconds from 8 so it is like Mortal Reminder's, and maybe add that you cant apply it to the same target for X seconds (starting after the 4 second debuff duration ends) because it is easier to apply magic damage to many targets since most of the time it is AOE based.

Morello just shouldn't have it period. item 3165 is already 112% gold efficient without factoring a single passive

While true as that is, and maybe the passive should be moved to another item, 35% max health is pretty low for heal reduction to start working.

Honestly, we need it, if adcs don't want to break away from their cookie cutter builds, then the APC (only if they use mana and possibly even a poke support) would build it for those sustain champions. Sure there is summoner 14 but chances are there is only going to be one person on your team with it and they won't always have it when you need it.

No, can Mortal Reminder's GW be treated more like Morellonomicon's, but both cut down to 3 seconds?

Salty Vlad main is anti heal reduction

Not really. I don't care about his sustain. I wanted it nearly removed with his rework. I dive the backline with R-> empowered Q+E to sweep teamfights.

Sustain very rarely changes the outcome of a fight if you're engaging or following up on an engage properly. Damage is too overloaded atm for sustain to be something you can rely on. Its only really useful in lane/siege situations.

GW is just a bad concept if its not gated; it lowers the purpose of specific champions while those champions have no way to do the same to the general purpose of the users of said GW items.

I do not feel Vlad's purpose is sustain right now; its damage. There's a reason Protobelt+Spirit Visage has a trash winrate compared to full AP.

I beg to differ with the second part. item 3107 healing a team is a massive fight swinger. Everyone goes from nearly dead to half their heal if high enough leveled.

WoonStruck1 votes

Doesn't matter what level they are. Its based on %max HP, it multiplies itself, and is multiplied by other healing multipliers both on the support (or other user of redemption) and holder.

That's why its so busted right now. That's not healing being effective. That's a healing item being actually broken right now.

nope it is 130 (+20 per level of target) = health gained by the heal. The burn is 10% max health of target.

Oh, I stand corrected. Item's still busted for the reasons I stated, though.

Yeah

I'd prefer if Executioner's Calling gets this treatment rather than Mortal Reminder being that EC is an 800g item.

how do you treat mortal reminders

mortal reminder's is any physical damage applies it for 5 seconds.

I'd rather see to reduce a lot base kits healing potential on characters not based entirely on self healing.
