Honestly i don't play mid much But LB is worst than all assassin to lane against

Like there no play around her in lane, she poke, she back, she wave clear and she make alot of damage in one combo. Mid is my secondary so i don't play it much but laning against LB is more worst than laning against than laning against Zed, Talon, Fizz,Kat and such. Atleast any assassin it easy to see their combo but LB just in blink of eye you are rooted, took full combo and then she backed not to mention her root distance is overboard but yah that my own experience.

I mean yeah I completely hate leblanc but she is nowhere near as frustrating as, say, kat or fizz

Kat and Fizz aren't annoying pre-6 like LB, infact Lb is annoying against ranged and melee while kat and fizz won't work against melee most of time.
