From S2 I always built Riven as AD/LS item 3074 item 3072 item 3031 item 3046 item 3006 item 3026 and that worked really well.

Last 2 games with her I built her item 3074 item 3071 item 3009 item 3142 item 3812 and it was the most broken thing ever!

In fact Riven utilizes heavy early CDR in her runes as well. Alternatively scaling CDR is a decent choice too.
