Why are the weakest adcs in the game getting another nerf?
Fervor is still mostly unviable on adcs, so now if you arent playing jhin or varus you dont even get to have a viable keystone, are you intentially trying to nerf crit adcs even further? Is this a prank?

All non lethality adcs take warlords because fervor is shit tier for ranged champs, and now they are nerfing warlords without giving any kind of buff to the already weak crit adcs.
Think about it, this patch will be a nerf for tristana and jinx, yes champs who are already at the bottom of the barrel and havent been good for years.

When was the last time you played the game? In 2 years?
The only crit adc that isnt trash tier right now is caitlyn, and even her is starting to fall off in farvor of the ones said above because lethality > crit.

The strongest ADCs are 
which are all mostly Lethality ADCs, though Draven can be both, and all but Draven use DFT anyways. So them nerfing Bloodlust are just going to make the crit ADCs even weaker into them and push these a head even more.
