Context on Fiora PBE changes?

I get that they are small and minor at the moment but does she really need a buff?she is quite frustrating and people who are good on her are actually ok right now(see KFO or en garde)

Shes a bit weak right now, her win rate has been sub 47% for over 5 patches now, her win rate only peaks to 51% at 45 minutes+ and at 125 games her win rate is only 51%. Compare that to other champs at that rate that are at almost 58%. So yes, she did a little bit.

She is strong competitive pick.

First of all competitive =/= everyone else. Second of all shes only been picked like 7 times in recent events after her nerfs and that was mostly KFO.

i c i guess the buffs are aimed so she does more damage with less items in the early-mid game where she can suffer the most and if not correct if the buffs are pushed her Q at rank 1 will do the same or more damage then her auto attack
