We should be able to honor even after we choose to skip it

I know it's to remind us to honor someone, but sometimes people can point out something special the support did that others missed, or that someone took a bunch of objectives alone to win the game. And even if we hit the skip button, the screen still served its purpose of reminding us. Forcing us to honor immediately takes away the chance to check the graphs to see who actually contributed most to a win if we weren't watching them the entire time.
