If you wanted to balance out Cass's lane bully patterns you should have focused on changing deadly cadence (old passive ) to be less about mana and more about ramping damage. Possibly even retool the purple field thing to goto minion clearing and the other 2 for pure harass. She should honestly always be a lane bully, just like Ziggs and Darius always should stay as bullies. **The point of lane bullies is to win early and fall off late, it's supposed to be a trade off. **

Karthus, Veigar and Nasus are hyper scaling farm champs, Cass isn't.
