A Suggestion You'll Never Accept But Ought To

In the Top Lane, invisibility, of anything, shouldn't be allowed. Real or implied, the lane seems to be further from most of the action in the game. Preventing any form of steal up top would eliminate some ganks, some champs, and Teemo's dominance making him rely on his DoTs and range for wins, and use shrooms for zoning.

I get that you aren't going to do it for all the whiney reasons that will get posted below. But it would go miles to stabilizing the lane, and it would leave most top lane champs largely unphased.
