Slight nerf in return for making Q a skillshot . So it's even worse
Yaksha1 votesTo be fair, Veigar wasn't anything special before his changes either. He was seeing play as a decent support / very niche mid-laner and that's about it. The meta didn't favor him a few months ago and it certainly doesn't now
Player of Games1 votesNew Ryze feels clunky for some reason, his passive is cool because I found that at max rank ult if you spell-weave correctly you can use ult almost instantly after the first one is done.
He feels weaker though for some reason, I'm not sure what it is but I feel like they made some additional tweaks. Also Q being a skillshot now GREATLY reduces his standing as a lanebully in my opinion.
