The ACTUAL way to build Veigar is item 3031 item 3046 item 3091 item 3075 item 3035

Since Veigar gets infinite AP, there's no point building it, so it's better to build damage. The combination of ad, ap makes it hard to itemize against, and Wit's End punishes AP users even more. But you gotta think ahead. Some may get the idea to counter Veigar by going AD such as Zed or Yasuo. Hah. Not even AD can touch Veigar with Thornmail. Last Whisper seals the deal, destroying any itemization such as Zhonyas. There really is no escape. No AP will save you, nor will any armor or MR because of Last Whisper and Wit's End.

My one problem with this build is that thornmail is less effective after the most recent patch, and you'd need slightly more armor for it to really be effective.

750 is the amount of mana a tear can stack in addition to the 250 base.

But the best build IMO is replace muramana with item 3165
