That can either bully you in lane all day long or play so safe you cant do anything. I want this fixed. There needs to be some sort of way of tackling this problem. It isn't fair for someone to get the best of both worlds by getting to bully and/or remain extremely safe consistently

Now he has an unlimited supply. They neglected to up the mana cost on them when they gave him unlimited turrets.
