I......would have to say that if Black Cleaver is going to get buffed....Miss Fortune needs a nerf.

It is a small buff, only a 1% increase in armor shred per tick (4% to 5%, maxing at 30% instead of 24%), and, for Black Cleaver's intended users, it's probably warranted.

However, I've been playing quite a bit of Miss Fortune recently, and.......well, she's pretty strong. According to all of the champ websites, the only other ADC she loses to is Ezreal.....and against every other ADC, she has well over a 50% win rate. This could be more likely due to Lethality, and the lack of resistances right now, but, she is the only ADC that utilizes Black Cleaver right now......and she certainly doesn't need a buff right now, even if it is a small one.

Otherwise, I agree to the BC buff. It will help the struggling fighter class right now, and may even help out Ashe (my favorite ADC) who is struggling right now.

She doesn't even really need Cleaver to be strong. I'm still all for nerfing her.

True, but it would still be a buff for her. I've been building it as a third item for her, and likely still will after the change.

If I'm to suggest anything, I'd probably hit her Ult just a tad. Probably lower the AD ratio to 70% from 75%.

Seems reasonable to me.

Technically, she does have some mobility. Her W allows her to avoid building boots. Yeah, it's no dash or blink, but it sure is handy, especially with BC's MS passive.

Also, I'm not asking for much, just that she doesn't need a buff, and probably needs a nerf in compensation for this.

On Miss Fortune? Having a +100 MS boost is pretty significant. I've built boots on her probably twice recently.

Lol, yes even on MF. If your not playing Cassio then you should be building boots.

Whether or not YOU build boots doesn't make you correct. Movement Speed is a amazing stat, it helps you kite, roam, escape, and get kills and it gets you back to lane faster.

I'm not disagreeing with you on the importance of movement speed. Nor do I disagree that boots are a must buy on EVERY champ except Cassio.......

I'm not saying buying boots on her is a bad thing, it's just not necessary. Her W allows her to get back the full amount of movespeed it gives after she takes damage. Yes, it's not that great in kiting, but even with boots, MF sucks at kiting. She simply isn't built for it. She's built to chase down opponents, and burst them down, and her W helps with exactly that. Add in the items she normally builds (Yomuu's and Cleaver), and she's nearly impossible to out run unless you're Hecarim or Yi.......and that's without boots.

Essentially, she has built in Mobi boots. Does it take a little while for her to get to those Mobi boots? Yes, but with just a rank 1 W, she has a better movement speed bonus than Swifty Boots.

And I'm not the only one who doesn't buy boots on her.

You could buy armour or Mr boots... Which give ms plus useful passives... For 1100 gold. I don't know which streamer is giving this info this time but unless it's late game and you just want to sell your boots.... Getting Mr, armour or swift boots doesn't seem like the worst idea when they let you negate some armour or magic pen.

Immobile champ. They supposed to have some damage. Especially when she falls off late kinda for not having mobility.
