that sounds extremely op.........

I feel like this is way too niche to actually be a legitimate item. Interesting concept, but there just aren't enough terrain effects in the game to justify creating an entirely new item.

(?) (not that he likes AP) ...and that's it? I think that's right. There certainly aren't more than 10 champions that can actually use that passive anyway.
