Would it be op if Mordekaiser could extend his Q and E to his ghost like Taric?

The same way Taric can extend his stun to a selected teammate, could Morde extend his Q and E to his ghost? I ask this simple because it is so hard for Morde to get into combat without being complete locked down by CC and kitting that it is almost pointless even trying. He does almost no damage because he is easily killed before even hitting a target.

I think this would even out the playing field a bit and make him more of a juggernaut.
