Quinn has nerfs too on the PBE

Blinding Assault (Q) 
    Cooldown increased to 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 from 11/10/9/8/7
    Vision reduction reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2.

The awkward moment when you dont understood that Janna's win/pick rates are only a symptom and not the real problem.

Janna is a counterpick to the most used and powerful support of botlane since several seasons, tanky engage supports. That is literaly everything, just like Morgana was.

Janna is terrible against any support with better mana efficiency on poke or sustain that her.
