if i don't buy runes i lose all games if i do i waste too much ip

Buy tier 2. They are almost as good and cost 1 ip each.
Not having runes shouldn't decide whether you win or lose :|
you dont need to buy runes until you're level 20 at least.
you're playing wrong. Play simple champs that dont need runes to be effective.
If you're playing champs that need runes.. you're also playing champs that need SKILL. You dont have skill yet. So play simpler champs.
Buy tier 2 runes. They are 1 IP so you aren't wasting a ton of IP on them. Plus, since they are thinking of changing the rune system, you might as well save your ip and just use cheaper runes for now.
