Ok we need to really stop the buff Eve threads, realtalk I don't want Riot to break her.
The changes she has on the PBE feel so nice and are small lovetaps and thats exactly what she needs right now. Nothing else.
Lay off further calls for buffs at least until we see how she performs under runes reforged (which feel really nice with her btw, and I'm still convinced she was balanced around that and not the current rune system)
9 out of 10 games I lose on Evelynn isn't because she's a bad champ or didn't do her job right, but rather everyone else on the team lost (or just the bot lane) and as an assassin in season 7 you cannot solo carry. Eve kills people if you utilize her properly and you can eviscerate squishies without even needing your ult. Hell, lategame you even can burst down tanks (if you build properly, these threads about tank eve are terrible vomit inducing ideas)
TLDR: She's not bad and she's actually a very good assassin if you play her properly.
