They make it a)build defensively and lose damage or b) build offensively and be squishy I hate seeing a rengar with 3-4k hp just one shotting everything in sight. Or an akali with sunfire cape and gunblade 1v3ing It's cancer.

Shaydrox1 votesOne of their primary goals is to balance out this whole "build tanky on assassins and still do loads of damage" thing. The main issues are with Ekko and Fizz because of their %hp oriented damage components, I hope they take those out and come up with other solutions instead.
