Is warlords way to good to anyone else?

i don't think ive seen anyone take fervor ever since the warlords change.

I think it's bad now. I used to run it on draven even when it was nerfed to up to 15% lifesteal, but now it's just used to sustain in lane. They might as well just removed starting items with this change

Warlords is actually mostly OP because of the Speed boost. On champs like Khaz, Lee, Panth, Rengar, Wu, Can make them super oppressive.
