Correct me if I'm wrong - Varus

But Varus basically works CS in the early game with his passive, right? I.e. I got a kill, now I can burn down other minions quicker.

If we're in agreement on that, can we please recode his passive to synergize with item 3302? I personally would love if you swapped his passive and his W (making W an active) but I recognize that wild changes can only be allowed for classes that fit neatly into one role or another.

Varus passive is mainly for teamfights, allowing him to deal more damage after killing an enemy champion. Moving it to his W will just make his dueling better, not for the intended teamfight purpose.
