Last thread I made, I claimed she wasn't an assassin but an OP AP bruiser, clearly people didn't agree and said that she was, she was just an overpowered assassin. So, Akali is an overpowered assassin then. I really don't care what you call it, she needs a hard nerf or a rework. NOT TO HER SHROUD EITHER RIOT. The shroud is not the problem. Why don't you understand this? Her ultimate, and her passive, are the problems. Last game I was in, our Viktor, 14/9/5, instantly got destroyed every fight by her. I get, Akali is an assassin, this is what assassins do... BUT, Akali only needed ONE ultimate to do 3/4 of his HP, and her Q does more damage than her ultimate, even more when combined with her E. I don't understand why she even needs 3 charges of her ultimate let alone resets on kills. Talon doesn't get resets on kills on his E because he can stealth and run away... but so can Akali. Katarina DOES get resets on kills, because she needs them, she's squishy and can be taken out super fast. Akali can't because of her insane lifesteal and spellvamp.

Level 18 Viktor, assuming a Fiddlesticks with Abyssal + his passive is nearby so he has 0 magic resistance. He has 1789 hp, so Akali needs to do 1342 damage with one ult charge to equal what you said. Akali's ult does 250 damage +50% AP, meaning Akali needs 2184 AP to do that much damage. Since I'm assuming said Akali did not do a full AP build with max AP (which even then only approaches 1.3k), I think you're lying.

Otherwise, yes, Akali's Q does more damage than her ultimate, though Akali's ult has half her Q's cooldown between charges at lvl 1 and is a gapcloser. Unless you've not fed Akali to the point she can drain tank or you help the person she attacks you can beat her.

Akali isnt overpowerd. She's just a snowball champ. So you got your ass handed to you by a fed akali most likely. Dont feed akali and no problem at all with her. And she isnt hard to shut down

No one every denied that she is not. However, there are also champions whom Akali cannot even touch.

Her damage is actually on par, if not even a bit lower than other Assassin's with equal gold. As I mentioned last time, her main strength is her anti-peel ult, and disengage on W.

I play Fizz a ton, and I have a friend who also plays a lot of Fizz too. We've never experienced people dodging games we're in when either of us two pick Fizz.

Fizz players are mean :( They jump on me and murder me in two hits before I can polymorph QQ

(Not being serious, well, I mean I do get murdered in two hits but I don't really think Fizz players are mean :3)
