Regarding Zoe, i really think she's overpowered

I think it comes from two facts: -She's new and permabanned, and that since her release, people did not have taken time to play against her and do not know what to do against her due to them not seeing her often, i say that because from my experience i was disappointed by the diamond 1 community when an allied wukong told me "she's just going to blink away" after i told him to engage on her and oneshot her. this is not like camille where she wasn't permabanned on release, achieved 58% win rate and then got her ban rate rising to 90%, people played against camille tried to figure out her counterplay and realised that she was too strong. -She takes too much coordination to be countered One of the thing that makes Zoe healthier than other burst mages (like veigar or syndra) is that you're able to stop her if an ally got slept because her spells are bodyblockable But in soloq no one is going to do this, which is why it's not a good idea to balance a champion around low cooldown in solo queue
this comes to the next point: you can easily fixe her in solo queue
-increase ult cd
-Increase the E cd (keep the cd refund to punish zoe for missing it) from like 16-14 to 20-18
-put an indicator next to walls where zoe threw her E, to show that zoe threw an E to enemies while using a wall (like
shadow steps when he walks through walls ) why? because most of the time the moment you see her E flying through a wall it's too late to react and dodge it.
those changes would help players to play against her
then, you will need to buff her around high cooldowns, before someone tells me her Q still has a low cooldown, zoe is most of the time unable to do anything with her Q if she didn't hit E, and relies too much on hitting E to do something and to buff her around high cooldowns, i think buffing W passive damage would be the best option, maybe passive damage too
That's my feedback
exist...for some reason I find that players can't fathom deviating from standard shoe builds to a defensive shoe especially a shoe that reduces sleep time.
