Why does Sylas E even needs a dash?

Because AP+HP itemization doesnt really exist, and +boots+HP/MR+HP/Armor isnt exactly a viable build. If he were AD or ranged you people would have a very real point - but hes AP. It doesnt matter how mobile he is because hes still going to be tied down by his cooldowns until he manages to get ahead enough to use his scaling.

Hes like Camille, if Camille didnt build any HP and had poor build paths with expensive itemization.
