So basically there was a troll soraka in top lane and gave him two kills. Myself and two other teammates came, and he killed us all easily. At the end of the game he was able to hit you once and you were dead. At 9 kills, not even katarina is that broken. I just dont understand why he doesnt get nerfed or something? He is like #1 ban in ranked so obviously something is op about him. Basically freelo if accessible

At low elo it is hard to stop easily killable champs because you need your team for the shut down, none of this solo and feed bs.

He shouldn't be especially tanky for more than a few seconds. Get his ult out before fighting him and he's a much easier kill.

The other 90% go rageblade into gunblade, etc

Check the previous patches in conjunction with his win rate. Not only does he not see any changes in the past few patches, but his winning only spikes after the changes to Rageblade.
