53% win rate 30% pick rate but balance team does not even mention him (aka meddler in his threads) no nerfs on pbe

how the fuck do i deal with Jhin when he can spam Q and win lane against anyone while having 53% win rate and the triple of any adc's pick rate except ezreal?

I have to legit waste a ban on this fucker, then have to deal as lucian with the fact that caitlyn and jinx are pick worthy once again

This favoritism of champions like is not even getting old, even fucking is getting buffed again with almost 50% win rate and 20% pick rate

Oh yea? How about we stop this Q spam anti fun unskilled laning style by raising his mana cost on that shit?

Why is that Lucian got his Q mana cost increased from 50/55/60/65/70 to 50/60/70/80/90 and now ends up oom after 4 Q, but jhin is allowed to throw as many Qs as he wants while not even having to aim like Lucian needs to (if you want to poke someone beyonds minions)

I told you there is nothing you do against Jhin Q and it has an insane low mana cost

but other champions (like Lucian) gets punished by Riot for spamming spells and have their main spell's mana cost raised by a high amount

They heard on the Gameplay Boards a few months ago when he was weak that he was the best designed adc, the only non braindead rightclick and the only fair to play against adc and etc etc.

Jokes asides he will probably remain like this until patch 8.18 (if I'm not wrong) so he's a must pick on Worlds.

how about making it jhin cant out run a hec or rammus or pretty much any body in the entire game. how about you make it so hes not, not only the safest adc in the game but the highest damage in the game. his speed is broken to the point he can out run a sion ult. do you realize how much bs that is?

Jhin can easily run himself OOM if he's spamming Q, and his lack of mobility means if he pushes, he's easy to gank. If he's spamming Q, let him push, and encourage your jungler to come destroy him. Jhin has a terrible time landing CS unless he can set up a bunch of kills with his Q, so punish him for stepping up. His firerate is so slow that other ADCs can easily get an auto or two in after he shoots a minion.

He wants to trade with his crit, so he'll likely hang on to it and wait for you to come in for CS. Back off, wait for him to dump it on a minion, and jump him while he's reloading s though the crit is a cooldown that needs to be worked around. Jhin loves short trades, but suffers in long trades, especially if he misses his W. Use any blink or dash you might have to avoid getting rooted, and stay on him. Once his he uses his crit and his W, it will be a LONG time before he can disengage from anything. The key to beating Jhin in lane is to play aggressive, not passive, and force him into unfavorable trades.
