Why are these champs starting these items?
I’m just wondering why certain champs take these items first:
I see Kai’sa take Manamune first and MF taking Blood Thirster first.

xDogMeatx1 voteskai sa needs mana and on hits manamune does both plus has extra ad based on mana. never seen a miss fortune use that item in my games maybe its because attack speed plus lifesteal on her W autos.
