PSA: Baron does not make players play any better.
If a team is inherently bad, them getting baron is suddenly not gonna make them play any better. So please don't panic and start flaming because the enemy team got baron.

Nahui1 votesAt the same time, all the stats and empowered minions may be what your team needs to turn the game around. Baron is important. Should always try and reasonably get it.
Now if you're taking baron as the jungler and they swoop in and steal it, especially as a non-smite steal, then that's grounds for a flame. Sorry.
