What if Cassiopea autoattack was replaced by her E?

Lets take a look at Cassiopea. In the same way graves Q replaced his AA, can Cass E replace her AA?

I know it sounds crazy, but Cass, along with a lot of mages, has no use for her AA. I have not thought in depth as to how this would affect her overall , but ultimately, it would free up her E for another poisin type effect.

Thoughts?

Why not just make her E a toggle that costs mana?

I'm actually thinking her E should be reworked into a passive skill that buffs her auto attack. You can keep the functionality the same and you wouldn't have to spam E on your keyboard... just right click.

It needs to cost mana and she needs a way to CS without spending mana, so I don't really see how they could make it work.

Cass has no use for her AA.

Having her AA and E on independent cooldowns makes her one of the most reliable last-hitters in the game. Even under tower, cs'ing becomes a piece of cake.
