Simply because junglers dont fall behind anymore for camping lanes, nothing is worse than playing against a elise that rushes mobies, sits on top bush for 2~3 minutes and then just goes to kill 1 camp and gain a full level from it, she got REWARDED for camping a lane...

Get rid of this garbage catchup exp already.

While their jungler camps top-lane, yours should just be enjoying free reign over bottom lane.

Jungler camps top, removes the other top from the game and gets fb tower.

Now the top whos snowballed TPs or just walks down bot with the jungler and they win the game.

Well it all depends which champion is forced to 1v2. Can he use tp to go bot and 3-4v2 enemy bot and tower. How well he wards. There are many possible outcomes

IDK how it's get downvoted, it's a fact. Junglers rarely choose to camp top now, because bot tower is not fortified, but if they do there isn't really anything a toplaner can do to turn out equal or ahead. In the old days, if jungler failed camping you they were really punished on exp, right now no such thing happens and camping is easier in the first place because access to wards is limited - even if you do buy pinks, enemy jungler can just clear them for free.

And no, playing super-safe is not a solution too. It's the best one can do and gets you more games won, but it doesn't change how enemy jungler can just choose to make you useless - playing super-safe has a very direct gold cost attached to it, and with no real exp cost nothing stops enemy jungler from breaking your freezes over and over again.
