Can't Ping when inside the Catfish.

Not sure what to put this in because I don't know if it was intentional or a bug, but I can't ping inside Tahm Kench. Now I can only confirm this on the allied team, but that's a major issue regardless. Also, I think we need to clean up his spit up recognition, because I feel like it doesn't recognize it that well.
