He kinda does, but whereas Taliyah basically had a permanent ghost to go from her lane to the other with, TF has to invest into a huge cooldown ultimate every single time if he wants to actually get a good roam off

not exactly, she had great waveclear which let her roam, people over hyper her passive, it gives you like 3/4 the speed of , and now since the nerfs you almost always only gank with ult and it's also on a super long cooldown

that actually sounds op af i'm gonna take on Taliyah now lol
