Can we make riven more reliable and less snowbally?

She's complete shit, when she doesn't get ahead early, and the most broken champ in the game when fed. That's due to the fact that she's scales EXTREMLLY well with items. But has terrible base damages on her abilitys. Could we tone her snowballing potential by quite a bit and by a bit I mean A LOT. And up her base stats and abilitys base damage. While also removing the animation canceling and compensate for it , as its a toxic mechanic.

Idk if this is how you fix riven, but I'm getting tired of someone dieing top to riven early and her somehow instantly doing like 100000000 more damage off that 1 kill.
